  Service Requests

Submitting service requests on-line provides the following benefits:

  • Allows self-service of service request entries
  • Ability to check status of previously submitted requests at any time
  • History of all completed service requests is accessible at any time
  • Provides electronic channels for interfacing with building staff
  • Ability to place service requests during non-business hours for future attention

Log-in

  • Please follow this link and enter your login credentials
  • This will bring you directly to the Tenant Services Portal for where authorized users can place service requests.

Service Request Entry

  • Click on “New Service Request” on the left hand side of page.
  • Select service request type. (Example: Freight Elevator, HVAC too cold)
  • In the detail box type in your request and any explanation necessary. Be sure to include your company name, floor, suite and any special request regarding the order.
  • Click on the Submit button. (The site will route you back to the original Service Request Grid displaying the submitted service request.)

Service Request Monitoring

  • While at the Service Request grid, you may check the status of any request by clicking on the highlighted service request numbers. This should give you a detailed outline of your request, including times of submission and expedition, as well as engineer comments about the request.
  • You may change the view of the Service Request grid by clicking on “View All.” All service requests will be displayed on this page separated by status (outstanding/completed).
